All subscriptions of that plan will be retained unless we explicitly move them to another plan. Deletion is a soft delete that stops the plan from permitting new subscriptions.
If your event has free tickets there is no charge to use the platform. If your event has paid tickets you can let your customer absorb the fees through the booking fee, in which case you receive the face value.
We aim for zero downtime, including deployments over weekends. Our development team has broad experience taking care of server scalability, so you can rely on a highly available service.
